We feel that webkinz are for kids and wish to keep them affordable for kids. For this reason, we do not to accept bulk orders from resellers who wish to jack up the price on ebay or some other selling route. Depending on availability, we may accept larger orders but we will enforce quantity limitations and will ALWAYS give preferential treatment to smaller orders. We are not willing to deplete our stock by selling bulk amounts to people who are, ultimately, wanting to rip-off kids. If you are a reseller, PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Quantity Limitations: Depending on our stock levels, we may impose quantity limitations. We do this as a measure to keep our prices affordable and to discourage unscrupulous resellers from purchasing from us. If we are currently limiting quantities, the quantity limitation will be stated at the top of each webkinz page. Please be respectful of this limitation as we do this to keep webkinz affordable for kids. If you order more than the limitation, we reserve the right to make adjustments to your order to stay in compliance. If you order a VERY LARGE amount of webkinz, we will assume you are a reseller and your order will be cancelled automatically without notice.

New releases are limited to a MAXIMUM of 2 pieces per customer in any two week period. Older webkinz may also be subject to this limitation depending on current stock levels.

We update our website daily or multiple times daily if needed. However, because demand is so high, we may sell out of styles before updates are made. If you order a webkinz that is sold out, you will be notified by email and offered the chance to make an alternate selection. We do not accept pre-orders on Webkinz. We do not backorder out of stock webkinz.
